CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A refund can be requested if you give us 24 hours notice of cancellation
• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
• Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times
• Failure to attend appointment or cancellation within 24 hours no refund will be given.
• Failure to attend Gift Voucher bookings: treatment cost will be deducted from voucher value.

 You can amend or cancel your appointment by replying to your appointment confirmation email or contact us using the online ‘contact us’ section on the website.

TO REDEEM GIFT VOUCHERS:

• Scroll to the ‘Redeem Gift Voucher’ section (near the bottom of this booking page)
• Please state your voucher number or code in the notes section
• If you are asked for card payment when using a voucher you are in the wrong section. Please return to booking page and scroll down to Redeem Gift Voucher section.
• Bring your voucher to your appointment
• If the treatment exceeds voucher value, book under voucher section and pay additional fee on day by cash or card.
