Cancellation Policy:

We appreciate your help in keeping our clinic running smoothly. Due to the high volume and popularity of the  treatments and therapies we offer, we have a Cancellation Policy to allow others access to the benefits of our therapies.

The Cancellation Policy for One Allan Park Wellbeing Clinic is as follows:

• Treatments and Therapies:

Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: refund can be requested 

Missed appointment and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: No refund / full fee due.

• For Courses: A reservation booking fee/deposit is taken at the time of booking, the balance is due on the first day of the course. If you cancel between booking and the course commencing, you will only lose the reservation booking fee/deposit. No refund is permitted should you leave the course mid-term.

• On-line Booking: The full amount of the fee will be taken at booking.  In the event you need to cancel and give us at least 24 hours notice, a refund can be requested Should you give us less than 24 hours notice or you do not attend your appointment, the entire fee will be forfeited.  Cancellations and amendments can be made via your booking confirmation email.
• Gift Voucher Booking: No payment will be taken at time of booking however in the case of a no show full cost of treatment will be deducted from Gift Voucher value
• Rescheduled Appointments: Please note appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. 

Exceptional cancellation circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the practice management.
