Joanne Brown. Homeopath
BA. BSc. LCHE. RSHom.
I have been interested in homeopathy for around 20 years. I firmly believe in the power of the body to heal itself and have found homeopathy invaluable. I have a business background but I am also a trained fitness instructor with further qualifications in nutrition. I believe in good health from a holistic perspective. I have been asked to support people with many different conditions and very often work with the emotional aspects of the patient: when in balance, good health generally follows.
I have a particular interest in working with children with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. My aim is to support your child’s health, learning and wellbeing.
The therapeutic approach
Homeopathy treats the whole person and aims to strengthen the immune system. Homeopathy is an effective and gentle system of medicine, and is suitable for all. Remedies are made from natural substances and can be used by pregnant women, children and the elderly.
Joanne has a degree in Homeopathy from the University of Middlesex (BSc) and a Licentiate from the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London (LCHE). Her clinical training was conducted across four years with a highly regarded Doctor in Glasgow and at Ainsworth’s Clinic adjacent to Harley Street in London. She then added a further year’s supported portfolio and is registered with the Society of Homeopaths (RSHom). Joanne adheres to a strict Code of Ethics and a programme of Continuous Professional Development. Joanne has a background in business and as a Fitness Instructor; with qualifications in nutrition.
