About: Cheryl is a qualified CBT Therapist who works with adults, young people as well as offering therapy for relationships, which is mainly based on Attachment Theory, EFT and Transactional Analysis. As well as CBT, her training covered Humanistic/Existential Perspective, Psychodynamic Approach, Attachment Theory, Social Learning and Development and Group Process.

Cheryl is a qualified CBT therapist having studied for her Diploma in one to one Therapy and Groupwork, for the past 2 years. She has also completed the COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate. As well as CBT, her studies covered the Humanistic/Existential Perspective, Psychodynamic Approach, Attachment Theory, Social Learning and Development and the Group Process.
Cheryl has undergone ASIST training with Living Works, through SMILE Counselling and is a trained Mental Health First Aider.
