Fiona Dunlop
Fiona holds a Master’s in Exercise and Health Science and professional qualifications in
Remedial and Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Menopause, and Hot Stone
Massage. Fiona offers customised soft tissue therapy to help you move and feel your best —
whether you’re recovering from an injury, sitting too long at a desk, lifting children, or
training for a 10k. Her approach blends relaxation with remedial care, always tailored to your
body and your goals, supporting mobility, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
Fiona trained at the Western School of Massage at Glasgow Caledonian University and holds
a Diploma in Swedish Massage (SCQF Level 7) and a Diploma in Sports & Remedial
Massage (SCQF Level 8), along with a Masters in Exercise and Health Science and
Postgraduate Diploma in Health Promotion and Health Education.
In addition to her core qualifications, Fiona has undertaken specialist training in Hot Stone,
Deep Tissue, Soft Tissue Release and Menopause Massage, and is expanding her expertise
with qualifications in kinesiology taping and cupping. She is committed to ensuring she
offers the most effective and up-to-date techniques.
With over 30 years’ experience in health and fitness, Fiona understands that every body is
different. She believes the most effective treatments are those designed around the individual
– whether that means easing pain, supporting recovery from injury, reducing stress, or simply
providing space to relax.
Her approach combines in-depth knowledge with hands-on expertise to create treatments
tailored to each client’s specific needs, helping them move more freely, feel more
comfortable, and restore balance in their daily lives
