“The smartest thing in the room is the intelligence expressed by our bodies.” Steve Haines
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-directive yet powerful way of working with the body using light touch.
It can work well as a stand-alone therapy or alongside other treatment or supports.
There are some common things that can overload our nervous system and prevent us from working to our optimum, including pain, structural dysfunction, stress, auto-immune responses and unprocessed overwhelming experience.  Through its subtle, whole person approach, listening and interacting with the rhythms and patterns held in the body,
Craniosacral therapy can help bring about conditions for change.
Lisa works with people with people experiencing
 ◦ Chronic pain
 ◦ Chronic fatigue
 ◦ Stress
 ◦ Anxiety
 ◦ Low mood
